Effective October 7, 2026 · Applies to savraj.co and everything under it, including Every Spot (savraj.co/nyc) and the Draft Room (savraj.co/draft).
savraj.co is a personal website run by Savraj Singh Dhanjal. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What the site is
A personal site with writing and a few free tools. The tools are hobby projects offered as a convenience, free of charge, with no account required except for optional features like saving places in Every Spot.
2. Information is provided as-is
Every Spot combines public data — NYC Health Department permits and inspections, OpenStreetMap, MTA schedules, and published restaurant lists — and estimates walking and subway times. That information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong: a listed place may have closed, opening hours may differ, a "private access" label may be mistaken, and travel times are estimates (subway times use average waits, not live arrivals). Always confirm details with the business, and use your own judgment when walking or traveling. Inclusion on the map isn't an endorsement, and the site isn't affiliated with the City of New York, the MTA, OpenStreetMap, Google, Michelin, Eater or The Infatuation.
3. Your account and content
- Signing in with Google is optional. You're responsible for activity under your account; sign out on shared devices.
- Notes and marks you save are yours and private to your account. Don't use them to store anything unlawful or sensitive (such as passwords or financial information).
- You can delete your saved data at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
- Names you enter in the Draft Room are visible to others in that draft and on its history page.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't: try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data; scrape or bulk-download it in a way that degrades it for others; use it to harass anyone or for anything unlawful; or misrepresent the site's information as official. Access may be limited or blocked for anyone who does.
5. Third-party services and links
The site links to and relies on other services (Google, OpenStreetMap, Nominatim, Disqus, Yelp, restaurant websites, and others). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and I'm not responsible for their content or availability.
6. Availability and changes
The site and its tools may change, break, or be taken down at any time without notice. Saved data could be lost; please don't rely on it as your only record of anything important.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.
8. Content ownership
Writing and original code on savraj.co belong to me unless noted. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (Open Database License); restaurant permit data comes from NYC Open Data; badges link to their original publishers.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes and contact
